Overview

The Welder position requires extensive experience in sheet metal fabrication and expertise in multiple welding techniques. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and be able to collaborate with engineering teams to optimize welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a welding operator in sheet metal fabrication.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize weld joint designs.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment based on job requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex welding issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a welding operator.
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certification or vocational training preferred.
• Expertise in multiple welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Brazing).
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various welding equipment.
• Strong leadership skills.
