Job Description
Overview
Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Rig Welder (Pipe Stick) for a full-time position in Mentone, TX. The role requires passing specific welding tests and adhering to safety protocols while performing various welding tasks in industrial construction.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to pass an all SMAW (Stick) 6010/7018 2" monster coupon 6G position.
- Promote awareness of environmental, health and safety policies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies.
- Attend and successfully complete safety training education.
- Attend safety meetings and specialty training as directed by management.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in Industrial Construction.
- Must be successful with weld test procedures.
- Ability to pass drug test as mandated by Saulsbury Industries and Department of Transportation anti-drug program.
- Knowledge of basic rigging safety practices.
