Qualified Staffing is currently searching for experienced structural welders for a facility in West Point, MS. This is a full-time position starting at $18.00 per hour. Duties would include:Prep: Clean, cut, and bevel metal surfaces to prepare them for joining. Weld & Assemble: Operate welding torches (like MIG, TIG, or Stick) to fuse metal parts in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. Finishing: Grind, polish, and smooth out molten metal and weld splatters for a clean, structural finish. Quality Check: Inspect finished parts for flaws and ensure they meet strict engineering tolerances and production standards.
