Overview

Clow is hiring Spot Welders/Assemblers to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate spot welding and assembly equipment to attach hardware and components to metal stamped parts while ensuring every piece meets our high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate spot-welding and assembly machines to attach hardware and components according to production specifications
• Set up and configure welding and assembly jobs with guidance as needed
• Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and replace worn electrodes or tips
• Inspect parts for quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications
• Record production and welding activity in the ERP system
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read work orders and production specifications
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, handle, and move materials as required
• Previous welding, assembly, or machine operator experience is a plus

Additional Information

• Shift 16: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Occasional lifting up to 65lbs
• Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
