Overview

Worley is a global company specializing in energy, chemicals, and resources, headquartered in Australia. The Structural Welder position involves welding and assembling various structural forms, contributing to projects that create value across the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Selects equipment and plans layouts, assembly, and welding, applying knowledge of geometry and welding techniques.
May use various welding processes including Gas-Metal Arc and Shielded Metal Arc.
Bolts, clamps, and welds together metal components of products such as piping systems.
May manually apply filler rod and clean or degrease weld joints.
May repair broken parts and remove excess weld or defective material.
Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
