Overview

We are seeking Assembly Welders for a full-time and permanent position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, construction, or welding, with on-the-job welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various types of material.
• Set up machines based on each task.
• Use cutting tools and other related equipment.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years' experience in metal fabrication, construction, or welding.
• Pass a weld test if needed.
• Ability to use power tools and other equipment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Additional Information

• 2nd Shift with training on 1st Shift for 2 - 4 weeks at base pay.
• Pay is $23 - $27.60 an hour including a 15% shift differential.
• Two pay raises in the first year.
• Schedule is Monday - Thursday with 10-hour shifts.
• Overtime available.
• Weekly pay.
