CB&I delivers integrated storage and asset-management solutions. The Manager of Warehouse Operations is responsible for the strategic, operational, financial, and functional performance of a TES Warehouse Facility, providing leadership and managing budgets while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Equipment scheduling and forecasting including the on rent/off rent process
• CAD/CAR Reporting
• CAPEX budget and forecast management
• TES physical inventory management and reconciliation
• Overseeing production and maintenance activity at the warehouse
• Coordination with project team for TES requirements
• Managing warehouse operations
• Monitoring TES drawing changes through PECN
• Establishing and managing annual capital investment budgets
• Contributing to TES operational strategy development
• Developing financial and operational objectives within own area
• Developing relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
• Influencing customer and organizational leadership to accomplish operational objectives
• Anticipating demands to align operational priorities
• Managing resources to ensure financial objectives are met
• Allocating staff and resources in association with the Sr. Warehouse Manager
• Assisting Sr. Warehouse Manager in day-to-day administration of employee and Company records
• Preparing and managing annual and monthly TES warehouse overhead budgets
• Reviewing and approving timesheets for warehouse employees
• Processing master tool list for projects
• Scheduling meetings with Operations to ensure alignment with schedules and deadlines
• Managing and overseeing key equipment status
• Leading daily safety meetings
• Entering any incidents into HSES database
• Maintaining welder log
• Reviewing CMS and compliance documents
• Reviewing and managing daily reports from security company
• Maintaining building permits and fire permits
• TCEQ Reporting
• Sustainability monthly reporting
• Managing storm water program and permit
