Overview

Honey Homes is hiring skilled handymen in Los Angeles to provide residential home repair and maintenance services across a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes. The position offers steady work with no client hunting, unpredictable schedules, or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Conduct carpentry work including doors, trim, framing, and repairs.
• Handle painting and drywall patching.
• Perform plumbing tasks such as fixing toilets, faucets, and minor pipe repairs.
• Execute electrical work including fixtures, outlets, and small wiring tasks.
• Install smart home devices.
• Manage about 40-50 residential homes within a small territory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with homeowners.
• Use an app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
• Skilled across multiple trade areas under and learning from skilled carpenters, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians.
• Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred.
• Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail in work quality.
• Customer-friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and necessary tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet.

Additional Information

• Full-time position with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call work.
