The IEC Maintenance Mechanic role focuses on effectively repairing and maintaining equipment to meet production goals while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot systems and equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment.
• Fabricate parts as required.
• Follow all SOPs and instructions from Managers and Supervisors.
• Prepare and complete maintenance documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively in English for end of shift turnovers.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in the continual improvement program.
• Provide training to new employees if assigned.
• Repair and maintain all equipment to industry standards.
• Operate forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack.

Requirements

• Electrical background with experience in High Voltage up to 480V.
• Automation and PLC background.
• Ability to read and draw electrical wiring diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot wiring and PLC issues.
• Experience working on instrumentation like flowmeters and level sensors.
