Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical valves, actuators and systems using a variety of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, assembly tools and cleaning devices.
• Work from drawings, worksheets, parts lists, and have a working knowledge of the products to perform diagnostic rework on units that do not meet test requirements.
• Work on repairs normally run with production units.
• Perform assembly functions on hydraulic stands and set-up AMPS and 151 stages.
• Conduct some testing using defined procedures and contribute positively to the teamwork environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience or familiarity with assembly operations on mechanical or electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, parts lists, and use basic electrical and mechanical measuring tools.
