Dover Chemical Corporation is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for their Hammond Works site in Indiana. The role involves maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve various pieces of manufacturing equipment, vessels, and piping.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• High school graduate required; technical school education preferred.
• Chemical industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, manuals, and installing equipment.
• Must have analytical skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 80 lb occasionally and 50 lb frequently.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
