Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Repair Mechanic to join our team. As a Hydraulic Repair Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of hydraulic equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal product function and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed.
• Maintain inventory of hydraulic components and spare parts.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Interact with clients to understand their hydraulic system needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Some local travel to support service calls.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic Technician or similar role.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Welding experience a plus.
• Managerial skills a plus.
