Join a global network that powers how Sanofi delivers healthcare solutions. As a Production Operator, you will operate general manufacturing equipment in a cGMP commercial manufacturing facility to produce Flublok Drug Substance, contributing to the delivery of life-changing treatments.

Responsibilities

• Operate general manufacturing equipment under supervision according to quality standards.
• Perform operation, maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization of large-scale cell culture bioreactors.
• Execute large-scale bioreactor cell expansion techniques using stainless-steel vessels and single-use bioreactors.
• Prepare workspaces and biosafety cabinets, ensuring compliance with aseptic techniques.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational and equipment problems with minimal supervision.
• Aid in troubleshooting problems in assigned areas and assist in database entry and cross-training.
• Ensure good documentation practices in execution and review of production records.
• Participate in cleaning the cGMP facility according to sanitary maintenance SOP.
• Follow established SOPs for material, personnel, and equipment flow in the cGMP facility.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• High School degree with 3-5 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment or a BS degree with 1-3 years of work experience.
• 1-3 years of bioreactor experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems, including valves, filters, and piping systems.
• Familiarity with safe startup, operation, shutdown, and maintenance procedures for process equipment.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Knowledge of cGMP.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of the job.
