Overview

M&J Engineering, P.C. is a quality provider of multi-discipline consulting services with over 300 employees, specializing in engineering, construction management, inspection, and environmental services. They are seeking a skilled Inspections Engineer to support transportation and infrastructure projects, ensuring construction activities comply with project plans and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field inspections of construction work, including structural steel welding inspections and non-destructive testing.
• Create inspection reports for clients, including MTA, New York City Transit, NYC Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Dormitory Authority of the City of New York.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive Inspector Field Reports documenting daily routine inspections for various construction activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in Project Management/Coordination.
• Will accept U.S. equivalent of the degrees.
