Responsibilities

• Perform TIG & Stick welding on custom metal components
• Read blueprints and weld symbols to execute precise builds
• Handle field installs (posts, sheeting, structural welds)
• Grind, deburr, and finish for a clean, polished final product
• Work alongside install crews to deliver top-tier results on-site

Requirements

• 1+ year TIG welding experience (required)
• Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience in construction or field environments
• Welding cert = big plus

Additional Information

• Travel required (up to ~300 miles)
• Physically active role (lifting up to 50 lbs, on your feet most of the day)
