Overview
Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment and components, is seeking a Fluid End Assembler to join its 1st Shift production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, working with tools, and producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble fluid end components and assemblies by following engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Inspect, clean, deburr, grind, and prepare metal components prior to assembly.
- Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Perform functional testing and quality inspections on completed assemblies.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns with production, engineering, and quality teams.
- Accurately complete production, inspection, and quality documentation.
- Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, grinders, and assembly equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or heavy equipment assembly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, deburring tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Friday overtime is expected as needed.
