Overview

Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment and components, is seeking a Fluid End Assembler to join its 1st Shift production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, working with tools, and producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble fluid end components and assemblies by following engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Inspect, clean, deburr, grind, and prepare metal components prior to assembly.
  • Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Perform functional testing and quality inspections on completed assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns with production, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Accurately complete production, inspection, and quality documentation.
  • Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, grinders, and assembly equipment.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or heavy equipment assembly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, deburring tools, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Friday overtime is expected as needed.
