Overview

CS Truck & Trailer Repair is a family-oriented, full-service facility specializing in medium and heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs. They are looking for a Trailer Shop Technician to join their team, focusing on maintenance and repair with cutting-edge technology to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform accident repairs on dry van and reefer trucks and trailers including rails, panels, roofs, posts, doors, floors, and lift gate repairs.
• Conduct DOT and preventative inspections and repairs on box and flatbed trailers.
• Perform complete preventive maintenance services, replace airlines, and repair/replacing brakes and brake chambers.
• Repair lights and wiring, and perform welding, cutting, and other repairs.
• Fabricate parts as needed.
• Work some overtime as required.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accident repairs, electrical systems, hydraulics, braking systems, suspension, doors, and sub-frames.
• Must have tools and reliable transportation.
• Experience in housing/building construction is a plus.
• Safety first mindset.
• Must possess 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar capacity.
• Resilient work ethic and commitment to extra hours when needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Information
