Tindall Corporation is a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer dedicated to supporting customers and delivering innovative solutions. The Field Finisher role involves mixing and pouring grout, performing field service rework, and ensuring high-quality production in a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Field Service Foreman about tasks to be performed at job site.
• Assist in mixing grout to proper consistency.
• Pour grout at flat panel footing, column base, etc.
• Inject grout into splice sleeves of columns and wall panels.
• Apply grout to lifting loop blockouts on parking deck double tees.
• Apply grout to all lifting device locations on concrete members.
• Perform field service rework to cracked and/or damaged concrete members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.
• Will be trained in First Aid, CPR, Man lift and Scissor Lift Operation.
