Overview

As an Inspector - Level 4 (1st Shift) at Honeywell, you will ensure the quality and compliance of products and processes through detailed inspections and adherence to established standards. This role significantly impacts product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct receiving inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Perform first article inspection per AS9102.
• Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support the Machine Shop and Assembly Labs with accurate, timely, and relevant inspection data.

Requirements

• Experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and measurement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y14.4.
• Proficiency with inspection equipment and quality management systems.
• Proficiency with operating and programming CMM.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in quality assurance or related field is valued.
• 3+ years of experience in quality inspection or related roles.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO or AS9100 is a plus.
