Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company focused on sustainable impact and innovative water technology. The Elite Field Service Technician will execute field service activities at customer sites, working with complex systems and ensuring safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, guide, and motivate team members.
Requirements
- Some travel required, 20%-80% depending on division and location.
- Ability to obtain and maintain privileges to drive a company vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical military background preferred.
- Technical certification, degree, or industry-specific licenses preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of technical work experience within industrial water filtration systems preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, Background checks, etc.).
- Read and interpret P&ID piping schematics for equipment layout and material ordering.
- Experience with PVC / CPVC Schedule 80 pipe installation and HDPE fusion welding.
- Customer service experience.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
