Overview

Bray is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their factory in NW Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and be ready to perform routine maintenance across all facilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot CNC controls and repairs.
• Service machines in the factory and maintain the entire facility using general maintenance skills.
• Communicate effectively and understand both oral and written instructions in English.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on a wide range of CNC and Manual Machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and various support equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Handle electrical wiring and installation (120v, 240v, and 480v).
• Repair and service HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow Health and Safety regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Basic analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical).
• Detail-oriented and capable of completing tasks thoroughly.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
