Overview

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Trailer Technician A to help with repairs and maintenance on trailers, lift gates, and reefer equipment at their Martin Brower facility in City of Industry. The role involves diagnosing mechanical problems and ensuring the maintenance of company fleet assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company fleet assets and diagnose complex mechanical problems.
• Document work orders through the online AssetWorks system.
• Inspect, repair, and diagnose refrigeration and heating units.
• Assess structural integrity and body of assets, repairing and replacing parts as needed.
• Perform the FMCSA annual inspection certification.
• Work in a safe manner and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 plus years of related experience.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement).

Additional Information

• Full-Time position.
• Work schedule is Tuesday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Must be ok with working outside.
