Overview
This position at BAE Systems involves operational testing of electronic components and systems, requiring a strong understanding of electronics and test equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform operational tests on a variety of production components and systems using established test specifications.
- Demonstrate understanding of test equipment and fundamental electrical principles.
- Set up and operate test stands with standard test equipment.
- Work with engineering instructions to test developmental products.
- Interpret test data and check results against specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, deviating from standard procedures as necessary.
- Designate rework instructions and retest after rework.
- Approve or reject test results and record test data.
- Notify supervisor of unusual conditions or trends.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- At least 2 years electronic testing background.
- Knowledge of electronic circuits and test equipment.
- Ability to run and understand automated board and system level tests.
- Experience with LRU systems testing and troubleshooting.
- Must be able to obtain security clearance.
- RF testing and troubleshooting background required.

Additional Information
- This is a second shift position working a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
- Hours: 2:30pm-12Midnight.
- An additional 10% shift differential is added to the base pay.
