Overview

OEG Building Materials is a manufacturer and distributor of quality steel framing accessories for home builders and contractors in the Tri-State area. They are seeking a Threading Machine Operator to run their threading machine in a manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain threading machine equipment.
• Use general power tools.
• Operate a forklift.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Prepare materials for production.
• Sort items.
• Conduct quality checks and cleaning.
• Monitor the production process.
• Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.

Requirements

• Experience operating threading, plasma, and CNC machines.
• Warehouse work experience.
• Proficient in GD&T.
• Knowledge of dovetail CNC.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Familiarity with CNC tooling.
• Understanding of G-Code and M-Code.
• Skills in machine setups for production runs.
• Manual machining skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
