Overview

Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, seeking a Maintenance Technician III to provide quality maintenance services at Club Wyndham Midtown 45 Resort, ensuring all facilities are in perfect working order for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
  • Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs.
  • Replace breakers, ballast, and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of units, common areas, and grounds.

Requirements

  • Certified HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skill required.
  • Working knowledge of appliance repair.
  • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
