Overview

Insight Global is looking for Field Service Engineers/Technicians to join a leading equipment manufacturer within the semiconductor industry. This individual will be responsible for traveling to different sites to do installations of semiconductor equipment at a fabrication plant.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different sites for installations of semiconductor equipment.
• Designate tool sets and customer assignments during the first 15 days.
• Assist in troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment.

Requirements

• Comfortable with 80% travel including weekends.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• 2-3 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, installing or repairing electromechanical equipment at a semiconductor fabrication plant.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Motivated to uphold safety on the job site.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information

• Up to 80% travel domestically.
• 2-year contract to possible permanent hire.
• 10 days of PTO provided + weekly pay + 401(k) + overtime.
• $65.00/day per diem on travel weeks.
• Admin weeks will be onsite in base city: Hillsboro, Phoenix, or Manassas.
