Responsibilities

  • Produce components by shearing, drilling, de-burring and bench operations.
  • Assemble products as assigned.
  • Troubleshoot to find and eliminate defects to ensure product meets specs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Monitor product quality during the process.
  • Complete fit-up and tack welds of materials to be welded.
  • Measure, mark, cut, bevel, etc., material to prepare for welding.
  • Fabricate jigs and fixtures to be used in production as needed.
  • Clean, chip, grind, etc. work before and after weld.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring and bench operations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and other product specs.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Dependable - arrive on time and ready for the day.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 25 pounds, sometimes over 50 pounds.
  • 1+ years of experience welding and fitting a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • All Employees work Day Shift.
