Responsibilities
- Produce components by shearing, drilling, de-burring and bench operations.
- Assemble products as assigned.
- Troubleshoot to find and eliminate defects to ensure product meets specs.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Monitor product quality during the process.
- Complete fit-up and tack welds of materials to be welded.
- Measure, mark, cut, bevel, etc., material to prepare for welding.
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures to be used in production as needed.
- Clean, chip, grind, etc. work before and after weld.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring and bench operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and other product specs.
- Good organizational skills.
- Dependable - arrive on time and ready for the day.
- Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 25 pounds, sometimes over 50 pounds.
- 1+ years of experience welding and fitting a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- All Employees work Day Shift.
