Responsibilities

• Fabricate cables and harnesses and terminate connectors to the engineering harness designs.
• Wire power and signal interfaces and install power distribution components.
• Perform vehicle integration including equipment mounting and subsystem installation.
• Perform system bring-up by loading configurations and verifying connectivity.
• Execute integration and acceptance test procedures, record results, and troubleshoot hardware faults.
• Support field and site installation and demonstration.
• Maintain as-built records and observe safety practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on electronics, communications, or vehicle-systems integration and test experience.
• Cable and harness fabrication and connector termination experience.
• Ability to read and work to wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Test and troubleshooting experience with standard instruments.

• Position involves up to 40 percent travel, including OCONUS support.
