Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and small equipment upgrade projects.
• Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance.
• 3–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP).
• Preferred: PLC experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens), welding, blueprint reading, or formal technical training.

• Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm, with overtime as needed)
