Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Fitter/Welder/Foreman to join our team in Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe fitting and welding, combined with leadership experience to oversee and coordinate job site activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pipe fitting and welding crews on various construction and maintenance projects.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Perform pipe fitting and welding tasks including cutting, threading, assembling, and installing piping systems.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
- Train and mentor junior pipe fitters and welders.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Document daily work activities, progress, and any issues encountered on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a pipe fitter and welder in industrial or commercial settings.
- Proven experience in a Foreman or supervisory role preferred.
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and at heights.
- Valid welding certifications and pipe fitting licenses as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Orlando, FL.

Additional Information
- The hours are 8:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities available based on individual project demands.
- Service field staff are required to participate in the on-call rotation.
