Overview

We're seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, values workplace safety, and enjoys working in a collaborative production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions.
  • Set up welding equipment and prepare materials before production.
  • Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components.
  • Assemble and fabricate parts to meet customer quality requirements.
  • Inspect completed welds and verify products meet dimensional and quality standards.
  • Use precision measuring tools and standard inspection equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and daily care of welding equipment.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
  • Follow established production procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to obtain AWS D1.1 welding certification at a minimum.
  • Experience setting up and operating MIG welding equipment.
  • TIG welding experience is considered an asset.
  • Ability to read blueprints and fabricate parts independently.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, layouts, and inspections.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Approximately two years of welding or fabrication experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on training.
