Overview

Ecolab, a global leader in premium cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance products and services, is seeking a Fabrication Specialist responsible for fabricating, wiring, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work with plastic and metal piping to assemble interconnecting piping between vessels, pumps, and valves.
• Fabricate and assemble equipment based on mechanical drawings.
• Route and terminate wires based on electrical drawings.
• Operate industrial machining equipment such as drill presses, threaders, cutters, sanders/grinders, and various types of saws.
• Use overhead crane and safe rigging for equipment assembly and preparation for shipment.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience reading and interpreting basic mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience using hand/power tools and basic size/weight measuring devices.
• Experience assembling plastic or stainless-steel piping.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity.
