Responsibilities

• Install overhead sprinkler piping, standpipe systems, and specialty fire protection systems.
• Assemble and install various system components according to design plans.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation requirements.
• Measure and cut piping materials to specified lengths and dimensions.
• Collaborate with other construction trades to coordinate installation activities.
• Test and inspect newly installed fire sprinkler systems for compliance.
• Attend scheduled in-house meetings/training and contribute recommendations.
• Assist in the development and training of fire sprinkler apprentices.
• Provide technical consultation and support to company apprentices and technicians.
• Respond to other duties assigned by the Superintendent and Project Foreman.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety guidelines.
