Overview

The WL Gunshop Tech NEX position involves maintaining explosives inventory, loading and assembling perforating guns, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. NexTier is a leading provider of integrated completions, focusing on sustainable practices to support customer goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate explosives inventory.
• Load and assemble perforating guns as directed following all company and industry safety policies.
• Drive equipment to and from location as directed.
• Maintain a clean shop and work area.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
• Actively participate in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
• Utilize competency Processes to enhance job performance.

Requirements

• Have written and oral communication skills.
• Able to operate forklifts and man-lifts as needed.
• Able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Work as part of a team.
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Detail oriented.

• Can consistently be depended upon.
• Conduct/behavior is consistently appropriate in any situation.
• Knowledge of company policies, QHSE standards and PSL Work Instructions.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver’s license and be eligible to drive a Company vehicle.
