Overview

We are seeking an entry level Welder to join our dynamic team in Spring Lake, MI. If you have a passion for metalwork and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality metal components and structures, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal components.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
