Overview
The Welder/Fabricator (Night Shift) position at TrueNorth Steel involves the safe and efficient fabrication of steel products. This entry-level role requires close supervision and offers a pay rate based on experience, along with a shift differential and full benefits.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of welding experience preferred.
- Able to perform simple flat and horizontal welds and flat groove welds.
- Able to fit and weld subassemblies with tack or spot weld.
- Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization and welding equipment set-up and maintenance.
- General knowledge of equipment and operations.
- Basic understanding of weld symbols.
- Ability to read a tape measure (imperial and metric).
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for actions.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to be truthful and credible in the workplace.
- Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.

- Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 4:30am (OT as needed)
