Responsibilities

• Operate the exit section of the paint line, adjusting speed, steering, and tension.
• Inspect the strip surface for defects and determine their origin.
• Safely cut and discharge finished coils from the paint line.
• Quarantine defective products and notify Quality Control of non-conformities.
• Comply with Quality and Environment Management Systems.
• Communicate with Maintenance, Operations, and Quality Control to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of warehouse manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety and operational documents.
