Overview

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast Territory to lead a team of Fabrication Specialists and drive growth in sheet metal fabrication solutions. This role involves building relationships with key accounts and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that exceed goals.
  • Mentor, coach, and support a team of Fabrication Specialists.
  • Build lasting relationships with key accounts and provide technical expertise.
  • Gather insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Travel regionally to collaborate with the team and attend customer meetings.
  • Monitor sales performance and use data to drive accountability.
  • Partner with sales management, marketing, and operations on priorities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to expand Mate's presence.

Requirements

  • Residence within the assigned West Coast Territory.
  • Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience.
  • At least five years of fabrication tooling experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 50% or more.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
