Overview
Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast Territory to lead a team of Fabrication Specialists and drive growth in sheet metal fabrication solutions. This role involves building relationships with key accounts and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that exceed goals.
- Mentor, coach, and support a team of Fabrication Specialists.
- Build lasting relationships with key accounts and provide technical expertise.
- Gather insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Travel regionally to collaborate with the team and attend customer meetings.
- Monitor sales performance and use data to drive accountability.
- Partner with sales management, marketing, and operations on priorities.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand Mate's presence.
Requirements
- Residence within the assigned West Coast Territory.
- Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience.
- At least five years of fabrication tooling experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50% or more.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
