Overview

At Valley Metals, LLC., a division of AeroFlow Technologies, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials. We are seeking a Combination Welder to perform all manual welding necessary in production, maintenance, and tooling using various welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs all automatic fusion setup and welding operations.
• Tacks seams and welding tabs on material from .015-.600.
• Applies aluminum, bronze, and other alloy buildup on dies, mandrels, fixtures, etc.
• Performs typical arc welding operations such as welding of jigs, fixtures, brake punches, tables, benches, and other miscellaneous maintenance welding.

Requirements

• Must have training and background in manual tungsten arc to certify under MIL-T-5021 specification for welders.
• Must have training and background in arc and oxygen-acetylene processes.
• Must be familiar with various fixtures and accessory tooling for different materials.
• Ability to determine sequence of operations for welding processes and fabricate welding fixtures.
• Performs necessary maintenance work on automatic welders and related tooling.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize workday/projects independently.
• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
• High School diploma or GED.

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, full-time, 40 hours a week.
