Job Description
Overview
We are hiring experienced MIG Welders to weld sheet metal products, including bus ramps and other transportation-related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform consistent, high-quality hand welds
- Identify acceptable welds and maintain quality standards
- Load weld fixtures and complete hand welds accurately
- Set up fixtures and welding machines (with supervision)
- Operate equipment such as overhead crane, forklift, and hydraulic press
- Follow directions from the Foreman
- Identify and report process or equipment issues
- Understand and operate machine controls needed for assigned tasks
Requirements
- 2 years of working experience required
- MIG welding certification required
- Must be able to pass a fillet weld test
- Basic knowledge of fabrication drawings

- Starting at $23 per hour
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
