Overview

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team as a Cobotic Welder Operator / Automation Technician. This is a unique opportunity to get on the ground floor of a growing automation initiative and build a long-term career working with advanced manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support collaborative robotic welding systems ('cobots')
• Learn robotic welding programming and setup
• Assist with fixture setup, part alignment, and process adjustments
• Monitor weld quality and troubleshoot basic production issues
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams on automation improvements
• Help develop and improve automated manufacturing processes
• Participate in the growth of our automation and advanced manufacturing capabilities

Requirements

• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in technology/automation
• Ability to solve problems and think critically
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with fabrication, welding, robotics, CNC equipment, or manufacturing technology is a plus, but not required
