Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Welder / Spot Welder to join our manufacturing team in Colorado Springs, CO. This position involves welding and assembling metal parts while maintaining high quality and safety standards, with a focus on candidates experienced in MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding on metal parts and assemblies
  • Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work with the production team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

  • Previous MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding experience required
  • Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Pay: $20.00/hour
