Co-Staff

Overview

Co-Staff is seeking intermediate level TIG welders for full-time, temp-to-hire positions in Beloit, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Primarily TIG welding and fabricating stainless steel and aluminum parts to blueprint specifications.
• Perform out-of-position welding as required.
• Operate overhead cranes and hoists.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Complete other job duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience and/or applicable schooling.
• Ability to read and comprehend welding blueprints.
• Experience on fabrication equipment such as brake presses, lasers, and shears is a plus.
• Knowledge of measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other types of gauges.
• Ability to work 8-10 hours standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Enthusiastic attitude.
• Good attendance.
• Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a somewhat repetitive basis.

Additional Information

• 1st Shift: 5am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday, OT as required.
