Job Description
Overview
This position is for a Welder on the first shift, focusing on high-precision MIG welding in a heat-treat environment. The role involves working with hard steel materials and requires adherence to stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-precision MIG welding on hard steel materials.
- Utilize pulse-style hardwire .045 welding techniques.
- Work on heavy structural components ranging from 3/8" to 4" thick.
- Ensure ultra-sonic quality welds that meet X-ray and certification standards.
