Rehlko is seeking a dynamic Tank Welder to join their team in Kohler, WI. This role offers an opportunity to grow and strengthen your manufacturing career while working the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle, fabricate, and weld a wide variety of parts weighing 10-50 pounds.
• Set up, fabricate, and inspect weldments according to prints.
• Use hand and power tools effectively.
• Operate various measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Operate an overhead hoist when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to wear a weld PAPR helmet and pass a respirator evaluation.
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
• Ability to read blueprints as needed.
