Job Description
Overview
Allison is seeking a Combo Welder with over 3 years of experience in structural and pipe welding. The company provides integrated support services for exploration and production activities in the Gulf of Mexico, emphasizing high-quality work and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
- Perform TIG welding and/or Flux Core Arc Welding.
- Set up and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
- Lay out, position, align, and secure parts for welding.
- Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and all other Safety, Health, and Environmental Processes.
- Conduct behavioral-based safety observations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Structural Welder and Pipe Welder.
- Prior Structural Fabrication experience required.
- Experience using safe work habits.
- Candidates must pass 6G 2", 6G 6", and 6GR welding tests.
