Job Description
Overview
The Mig Welder position involves manual welding tasks, including welding connectors to beams and making adjustments to welding equipment. This role is for the 2nd shift and requires attention to detail in welding processes.
Responsibilities
- Release clamps and remove assembly to position for complete welding.
- Manually weld connectors to beams or touch up weld from auto beam welder as required.
- Make necessary adjustments to wire feed, heat and gas flow.
- May use gas torch to cut notches and heat parts.
