Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of process facilities and systems.
• Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping and equipment.
• Interpret sketches, plans, and specifications for tasks.
• Install and repair piping systems using various joint methods.
• Conduct lockout and tag procedures for equipment safety.
• Inspect work sites for obstructions and structural integrity.
• Bend, cut, and thread pipes using appropriate tools.
• Dismantle equipment to access and remove defective parts.
• Perform manual tasks involving moving materials and tools.
• Complete paperwork documenting repair and maintenance activities.
• Work collaboratively with other crafts as needed.
• Secure pipes to structures using brackets, clamps, and hangers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures in operating facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
