Superior Metal in Chuckey is looking for an experienced MIG welder to join their team. This is a 1st shift position. 6a-4:30p Monday - Thursday with possability of working on Fridays if production is up. Starting pay $17 depending on your experience level. This position will be interviewd for, will need a resume or recent work history to submit.

The Fast-Paced Manufacturing Flow: Superior Metal operates on demanding schedules. Welders are expected to balance strict attention to detail with a "sense of urgency" to meet daily production quotas without forcing mistakes.

• Physical Stamina: The role involves standing for extended periods (often 8 to 12 hours a day) and frequently lifting or positioning objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Adaptability: While the focus is MIG welding, operators may work alongside robotic welding cells or cross-train to assist other departments when production schedules shift.
