MIG / Flux Core Welder Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6: 00 AM - 4: 30 PM. 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5: 00 PM - 3: 00 AM. Job Description: Seeking experienced MIG and Flux Core Welders to join a local manufacturing team. This position is responsible for welding metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on various metal components. Set up and operate welding equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding instructions. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Follow all safety and production procedures. Requirements: Previous MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience required. Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
